Homework Club
The Homework Club is an opportunity for students in grades 2nd through 12th to get extra help with their studies. In essence it is tutoring. We will concentrate on completing homework, studying for exams, quiet reading, and quiet study. Homework Club is not child care, the after school program is available for that function. There is limited space, only students who are serious, need genuine help, or need additional time to study should attend. Student's not following these and all other policies will be sent home.
Homework Club will be conducted on Monday through Thursday, every week, from 3:00 until 4:00. The only exception to this schedule will be non-school days (holidays). There will be no Homework Club on days that we have a holiday.
Parents will be required to pay a daily fee of $5.00, regardless of pick-up time, which will be billed to the family at the end of each month. Students that are not picked up by 4:00 will be sent to general after-school care. A $3.00 fee will be added for this additional time, regardless of pick-up time.
