I grew up in Bessemer, Alabama hunting, fishing and playing sports with my 2 brothers Gardner and

Tyler Goodwyn. 

     I graduated from Indian Springs High School in Helena , Alabama.  I attended Rollins College in

Winter Park, Florida from 1980 to 1983.  I then transfered to the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa,

Alabama where I graduated with a Baccalaureate Degree in Heath Care Management.  I also graduated

from The University of Texas in Arlington, Texas with a Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing. My nursing

experience includes work in Geriatrics, Hospice, and Home Health.  I began working as the school nurse

for AGCCA beginning in August 2010.  I thoroughly enjoy working with all the children at AGCCA.
